Two law school buddies decided they'd had enough of watching regular folks get crushed by debt collectors. We opened our doors with nothing but laptops and a coffee maker that barely worked.
Helped our 500th client find relief. Moved to a bigger space on Bay Street. Started getting calls from people across Ontario who'd heard about us from friends and family.
The Ontario Bar Association recognized our consumer proposal success rate - over 92% of our clients completed their proposals without switching to bankruptcy. That's when we knew we were doing something right.
When COVID hit and people were losing jobs left and right, we went fully remote within 48 hours. Helped over 300 families navigate government programs and restructure debts during the toughest time many had ever faced.
Crossed 2,000 successful cases. Expanded our team to 12 dedicated professionals. Still in the same office on Bay Street because honestly, we love the coffee shop downstairs.
